Procurement
Raw Material Procurement & Inspection
Every great product begins with the right materials. We source only premium-grade stainless steel, toughened glass, and high-quality refrigeration components from verified suppliers. Before any material enters our production floor, it undergoes thorough inspection for grade compliance, surface finish, and dimensional accuracy.

Fabrication
Cutting & Shaping
Stainless steel sheets are measured and cut to precise dimensions using industrial cutting machines. This stage ensures all panels, frames, and structural components are dimensionally accurate and consistent. Custom sizes are accommodated at this stage, making it easy to fulfill bespoke orders for counters of varying lengths and configurations.

Fabrication
Bending & Forming
Cut steel sheets are fed through bending and forming machines to achieve the desired shapes — whether that's the curved profile of a glass showcase, the angular edges of a straight counter, or the rounded form of a rotating display unit. Skilled operators closely monitor bending angles to maintain uniformity and structural integrity.

Assembly
Welding & Fabrication
All shaped components are assembled and welded together by our experienced in-house fabrication team. We use TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding techniques to produce clean, smooth, and hygienic weld joints — a critical requirement for food-contact surfaces. All welds are inspected for strength and surface finish before proceeding.

Finishing
Grinding & Polishing
All stainless steel surfaces are thoroughly ground and polished to achieve a smooth, mirror-like or satin finish. This enhances aesthetic appeal and ensures there are no sharp edges, rough spots, or micro-crevices where bacteria could accumulate — a key factor for food safety and hygiene compliance.

Refrigeration
Insulation & Refrigeration Unit Assembly
For refrigerated and chilled display counters, high-density PUF (Polyurethane Foam) insulation is injected or fitted into the walls and base to ensure maximum thermal efficiency. Refrigeration components including compressors, evaporators, condenser coils, thermostats, and copper piping are assembled and integrated by our skilled refrigeration technicians.

Assembly
Glass Fitting & Structural Assembly
Toughened glass panels — used for shelves, front displays, and side panels — are carefully measured, cut, and fitted into the steel frame using secure fittings and quality rubber gaskets. Every glass component is handled with care to ensure a clean, distortion-free display surface that maximises product visibility for end customers.

Electrical
Electrical & Lighting Installation
Interior LED lighting is installed to illuminate displayed products and make them visually attractive to customers. Electrical wiring for heating elements, cooling systems, and lighting is routed neatly and securely, conforming to standard electrical safety norms. Each unit's electrical system is tested individually before final quality inspection.

Quality Control
Quality Check & Testing
Every unit produced at Kareliya Equipments undergoes a comprehensive quality check before dispatch. Only units that pass all checks are approved for packaging. Units with any defect are returned for rework and re-inspection — no exceptions.

Dispatch
Finishing, Packaging & Dispatch
Approved units receive final cleaning and any additional finishing touches — branding panels, Corian tops, or powder-coated trims as per customer specifications. Counters are then securely packaged using protective foam, bubble wrap, and corrugated boards to prevent transit damage, then dispatched across Ahmedabad and Pan-India.
